Recipe 4: Grilled Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients:
– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 bell peppers (any color), cut into chunks
– 1 red onion, cut into chunks
– 1 pint cherry tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat well.
3. Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving. Enjoy these delicious grilled shrimp and vegetable kabobs!
