Recipe 3: Fire-Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub each ear of corn with softened butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap each ear of corn individually in aluminum foil.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  5. Carefully remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a minute before unwrapping. Serve and enjoy!
