BBQ Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
– 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Your favorite BBQ sauce, for dipping

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potato fries, tossing to coat them evenly.
5. Place the sweet potato fries on a grilling basket or directly on the grill grates.
6. Grill the fries for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and golden brown.
