– 2 ribeye steaks
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
2. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to make the chimichurri sauce.
4. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired doneness.
5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
6. Slice the steaks against the grain and serve with a drizzle of chimichurri sauce on top. Enjoy!
