Recipe 6: Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burger

Ingredients:
– 4 portobello mushroom caps
– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Burger buns
– Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the portobello mushroom caps in the marinade, turning to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove the mushroom caps from the marinade and place them on the grill, gill side down.
5. Grill the mushroom caps for about 4-5 minutes per side, until they are tender and lightly charred.
6. Remove the mushroom caps from the grill and assemble your burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
7. Enjoy the delicious grilled portobello mushroom burgers!
